With a background of over 30 years in media, leading technical, data, audience and editorial teams, Paul’s primary skill is using data to inform content strategies that build high-value audiences.
He has experience with a range of big data platforms from analytics, CRMs and CDPs, to Google Search Console, Google Trends and a plethora of other SEO tools. Paul builds practical tools and workflows that improve decision-making and optimise strategy.
As an analyst and engineer, he has particular expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Cloud Platform, and BigQuery.
While his main focus is using data and automation to improve audience development strategies dramatically, he has also worked on data projects such as attribution, single customer view, lead scoring, product development, forecasting, and modelling.
